I oversaw communications for three root and branch reviews, and codesigned the organisation-wide 2016 strategy that underpinned the third. The 2016 transition saw the regulatory programme reduced for GPs, hositals and adult social care. I managed the reputational risk that this created as part of the plan I designed and delivered.
